For customers using LightSpeed's original TV app, it is still available, but eventually being phased out in 2019. We are not accepting new LightSpeed Live orders at this time. Please try one of the new apps we've made available, such as Hulu Live, Sling or YouTube TV.
- What is the price of the trial? The trial is free. Really free. No credit card charge. The only requirement is you must be a current subscriber to LightSpeed Internet and your account must be current.
- I love the service - How do I convert to a paid subscription? You will receive a welcome email after signing up. In that welcome letter will be a link to the order form.
- How do I cancel if I don't want to continue? You don't have to do anything. The account will expire automatically after 7-days, unless you submit the conversion form.
- Are there any limits on the service? No, this is a fully functioning trial.
- When are you phasing out the app? This app will be phasing out in 2019 in favor of a new third party streaming service. We encourage you to convert to one of the other live TV apps, such as Hulu Live, Sling or YouTube TV.
